Hi Everyone! A. N. M. here! We've decided to take a different approach to making what will become our debut disc. We've had meetings with countless record companies and walked away saddened by each meeting. For what many deem the first Black super group, the record companies were not willing to meet us halfway regarding the 50% ownership of our masters. They were, however, willing to use old ways disguised as new ways (360 deals) which continues the same old slave...slave master....plantation owner mentality. In other words, NO OWNERSHIP WHATSOEVER BUT LOTS OF UP FRONT RECOUPABLE MONEY!!!!!!!

After 10 seconds of thinking about it, we arrived at the conclusion that we're smart enough to know better and after 20 years in the game, selling our souls is not an option! And that's the reason why we're going to the source: our fans! We want to make the record that best represents who we are and what we do best. You, the consumer of the music we make deserves the very best we can give to you. So we're gonna let our fans (along with us) fund our recording budget! Here's how it works:
You can pick the amount that you'd like to put in, which ranges from $20 to $100.
It is not refundable.
We ask that you please be patient but know that the goal could be achieved quicker than we anticipate, which would be wonderful! If 1,318 fans put in $20 each, the goal would be reached!
IT IS COMPLETELY REACHABLE IF WE ALL PARTICIPATE!
Once we achieve our budget goal of $26,350 the recording will commence. Once the recording, mixing & mastering is done, all who put in will receive a download of the album, a limited edition t-shirt, the artwork and will also be listed as an executive producer on the album. We feel blessed in this day and age to be able to make music free of the restraints of the business and to do it with the support of the people that have always mattered most to us in our individual bands and in this dream band.
We thank you for your love and support and together, we'll reach our goal and make our groundbreaking disc! And you can tell everyone that you helped make it happen!
